Palmetto Shine will examine the siding of your house and determine the proper chemical and ​can ​use a soft wash method to ensure there will be no damage to the siding of your home.

Although the cleaning solution used contains chemicals that can harm your plants, we do our​ best to protect your plants by rinsing with water and coating them with a chemical deact​ivator sol​ution. We can also cover your plants for an additional fee to ensure their safety.

This can vary depending on the time of year. In the Spring, most customers prefer to have their ​homes washed between April and May. Many customers also prefer to have their homes ​washed in the f​all before the holidays.

No, you are not required to be home for us to complete our services. We will, however, need to​ have access to all areas of the home that will be receiving service.​

Depending on the conditions, power washing and surface cleaning may not be affected and ​may not need to be rescheduled. However, window cleaning and roof washes will be reschedul​ed at the earliest convenience. Ethan will reach out if these conditions arise.
